What is the nail making process of nail making equipment

The nail-making process of the nail-making equipment is first to be wire-drawn, then nail-making, and finally polished.

No matter what kind of raw material is used for the nail-making equipment, it must go through drawing, nail-making, and polishing, but the equipment selected for the complete set of nail-making equipment is different. In terms of raw materials, there are new materials and waste steel bars. The difference between the two is the use of new materials. For nail making, the horizontal wire drawing machine or continuous wire drawing machine is selected in the wire drawing process; while the waste material is used to make nails, the roller wire drawing machine is used. Furthermore, due to the different lengths of the waste steel bars, their feeding methods are different, so the wire drawing machine also needs to connect the waste steel bars through a butt welding machine.

The process of nail making equipment must go through wire drawing, nail making, and polishing. The equipment configuration can be equipped with main machine (nail making machine), wire drawing machine, straightening machine and polishing machine. The wire drawing machine is mainly used to thin the steel bar to the diameter of the nail to be manufactured. The main purpose of the straightening machine is to straighten the steel bars without bending.

The polisher is a machine that polishes semi-finished nails into flat nails. Put paraffin, sawdust and other raw materials into the polisher to smooth the excess filaments or edges on the nails. Nail making machinery is to draw the processed steel bars into individual nails.
